Every qualifying service and repair includes our 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on workmanship, whichever comes first. This means that if an issue arises directly related to the work we performed, we’ll make it right.
We use
new, high-quality components sourced from trusted manufacturers, and all parts are backed by their respective manufacturer warranties. Our team takes pride in doing the job correctly the first time—but if something isn’t right, you can count on us to stand behind it.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship related to services performed by our team
- Installation of components completed by West Coast Overland
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or off-road conditions
- Failures of unrelated or pre-existing components
- Manufacturer defects (covered directly by the part manufacturer)
